We thought it would be helpful to share with you our experience with J.L. Thomas Construction Company during our recent kitchen/bath remodel.
Like most people, we really didn't know where to start in our journey. So we decided to spend a day last year visiting the new home construction sites during the Central Washington Home Builders Tour. Our last visit was to a home J.L. Thomas Construction built and the rest they say is history.
Building a home is completely different then living through a remodel. It's certainly a more personalized experience. You notice the little details such as do the workers clean up after themselves, are they there to meet the sub-contractors, are they flexible in their design and work flow.
Without a doubt, J.L. Thomas Construction has exceeded every expectation we had. They were a true pleasure to work with and have recommended their company to many individuals looking for a quality Contractor.
They stayed on budget, their communication was always clear and they were always open to new idea's to make the project that much better. Having never been through a remodel before, their experience on what to expect really smoothed out any bumps in the road.
Their manager, Tim Lovelace, and the rest of his crew worked tirelessly to get the project completed on time and within budget. They went the extra mile in every aspect, worked very efficiently with their sub-contractors and maintained a positive attitude throughout this project. A big thank you to the rest of the team (Steward, Adam and Jim).
Tim went to every meeting with us including the cabinets, plumbing fixtures and other special projects and provided valuable guidance and advice.
